Group Registration (minimum: 10 participants)

Group Registrations benefit from the early registration fee when the payment is
received by the 12-ICML Secretariat on or before March 15, 2013.

E' necessario abilitare JavaScript per vederlo. with his/her full address and contact details, specify the number of no-name registrations to be booked and define the method of payment (by credit card or bank transfer). He/she will be provided with a login and password to include the personal data of participants in conference database. Correct and complete information on each participant (including the full address of the institute) are critical, since they will be printed on Certificate of Attendance. This participants’ list has to be received by the ICML Secretariat by May 04, 2013. Should this deadline not be met, the difference between the early and late registration fees will have to be settled in order for the registrations to be processed. All registrations pre-paid at the early registration fee have to be used. ICML Secretariat will not refund any pre-paid fees. After May 04, 2013, replacements of participants will not be accepted: they will be processed on site at a fee of 200.- Swiss Francs for each name change. The registration desk will already be open on Monday afternoon, June 17, 2013 to assist the leaders of the groups in their tasks related to registration.
