Registration to 12-ICML will be possible from Autumn 2011. Due to space restrictions, attendance will be limited to a maximum number of 3’000 attendees. Registrations will be closed as soon as the first 3’000 paid registrations have been obtained. Application to participate in the 12-ICML can be made online at www.lymphcon.ch (registration fee payable by credit card). Alternatively, the enclosed registration form should be filled in and sent to:

Registration fee

EARLY registration: on or before March 15, 2013	Swiss Francs 1’000*
LATE registration: from March 16, 2013 (up to 3’000 attendees)	Swiss Francs 1’200*
* VAT not applicable

The full registration fee will cover access to the scientific sessions and Exhibition, a copy of the Abstract and Educational Book, three lunches and refreshment breaks and the Farewell Aperitif on Friday, June 22, 2013. Every registered participant will receive a weekly ticket valid for public transportation in the city of Lugano as well as in the Ticino region. Furthermore transfers at given times will be available from and to hotels booked through Amiconi Consulting and not reached by public transportation.
Payment information
Full payment of the online registration fee can be settled by credit card (American Express, VISA or MasterCard - online encrypt transaction). Alternatively, the proof of the payment must reach the 12-ICML Secretariat together with the registration form. The wire transfer, with no costs to the beneficiary, should be made to:

The name of the participant should be clearly stated on the bank transfer.

IMPORTANT: an international bank transfer can take up to 10 days to reach ICML account. If payment is not received by the early registration deadline, the late registration fee will be applied (the difference will be settled on site). Please note that registrations are considered 'tentative' until full payment has reached ICML Secretariat and they may be revoked if payment is not received within 10 days of online registration. Only after payment, the official confirmation of registration will be sent. The confirmation must be shown on-site in order to certify registration and receive the conference material.
Cancellation policy
Name changes or cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Refund of the registration fee (less 20% administration fee), will be granted if notification of cancellation reaches the 12-ICML Secretariat on or before Friday, May 24, 2013. Please note that any applicable refund will only be reimbursed after the congress.
Privacy policy
As required by Swiss Legislative Ordinance's Article n°13, attendees personal data are handled according to the values of righteousness, correctness and transparency. These data will be handled only to associations and/or companies involved in 12-ICML and only to inform you about events related to the conference. Furthermore, mailing lists are provided only on demand and they are not sent by default to associations and/or companies involved in 12-ICML. Anyway, the use is strictly limited to 12-ICML related information.
Letter of invitation for Visa purpose
Citizens of some foreign countries will need a visa to enter Switzerland. An overview of visa provisions is available HERE Only participants who successfully complete their registration to the conference can receive a Letter of Invitation to submit a visa application.
